Our Mission

We establish sustained funds for charitable organizations while building wealth for our shareholders.

There are numerous charitable organizations striving to impact the society and the environment with their missions. However, they all face one common challenge; funds for the success of their missions. We aim to establish sustained funds to such charitable organizations. The organization must be IRS recognized 501(c)(3) charitable organization as validated by IRS website.

We pledge at least 1% of our total revenue to charitable organizations chosen by our shareholders in proportion to their holdings. Any amount beyond the current tax limitation on charitable contributions is retained by the corporation. The retained funds and their earnings are only used to support the charitable organizations in future.
